Falconcrest Homes “My most important task as Falconcrest Homes customer service manager is to make sure our homeowners receive the attention they deserve and they are happy in their new home,” stated Cheryl.

Cheryl Render’s love for new home construction along with her natural people skills made customer service manager a perfect career choice for her.

Cheryl explained, “What I love most about being a customer service manager for new home construction is that I am always learning. Each new subdivision brings its unique experiences, which keeps my job new and fresh. I also enjoy the challenge of working with people and doing everything I can to make their new home building experience a positive one.”

Cheryl added, ”As a customer service manager I ensure all of our homeowners’ questions and concerns are taken care of immediately. Together with the construction and decor teams, we provide the service new homeowners deserve. It is also my responsibility to make sure their warranty claims are taken care of in a timely matter. I also assist buyers with their seven-year warranty with Tarion.”

Cheryl has worked at Falconcrest Homes for four and a half years. Before this, she spent years working in new home construction, property management, performing warranty inspections and varied tasks.

Cheryl emphasised, “I enjoy working at Falconcrest Homes because of its small office environment. We are like a family. Moreover, communication between our construction site and our head office is great which ensures we work efficiently as a team.”

Cheryl was born, raised, and educated in Toronto. She is married with three grown sons. When she is not working, she enjoys specialised exercise, a form of dance to today’s music, along with crafts, creative design, decorating and the outdoors. Cheryl is also a very passionate animal lover and loves spending her free time with her two dogs.
