  • The Bowmanville Museum is a permanent exhibit. The museum offers four rooms of historical photos and interactive exhibits that tell the story of the settlement of Clarington. Tours are by appointment only.
  • The  Sarah Jane Williams Heritage Centre, located in the former Bowmanville Library, presents high-quality temporary exhibitions. It also stores documents and artifacts on Clarington’s rich history. The Centre is open Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and admission is free.
