Minimalist art, including black and white photography with an abstract crop, a line drawing, or simply a bright and colourful monochrome piece, will be big in 2021. It’s a surprisingly versatile look that will add an air of sophistication and relaxation to any space.

Organic materials and Vegetable-Based Fibres

In 2021, we’re evolving from wicker and rattan to the use of organic materials and vegetable-based fibres. 2021 design trends are all about connecting to nature while keeping things luxe. Think silk upholsteries, hemp curtains, and even cork walls to steal this hot look for yourself.

Light Wood

As more people continue to work from home next year, we’re going to see light wood become increasingly popular. Light wood gives the feeling of more space because the hue creates the illusion of a bigger room. Light wood is an obvious choice for flooring but we can even use it on ceilings and to create beautiful accent walls!

Less Clutter

One of the most common design mistakes is too much clutter. If you want your home to look trendy in 2021, cut down on the clutter! That means use open shelving to display a few meaningful items and not for storage! Stock up on storage baskets, and don’t crowd a room with too many plants.
