In January of 2018 the beginning phases of construction started for many developments in the GTA and surrounding areas. With the end of this year approaching, the Mulock Vistas and The Residences at Pebble Creek projects are well underway, and nearing completion. To keep you updated on the progress of these two sites, here is a construction update on The Residences at Pebble Creek and Mulock Vistas.

The Residences at Pebble Creek

With 80% of the townhomes now under construction, and 4 already completed, the exquisite Residences at Pebble Creek are currently in the development stage. When finished, this community will have 58 townhomes and 4 semi detached homes, all with a projected completion date of January 2019. The neighbourhood will feature shaded roads, natural landscaping, sweeping gabled roofs, and integrated stone and brick work on each home, adding an extra touch of luxury and style.

Mulock Vistas

Located in Newmarket, Mulock Vistas will offer residents luxury townhomes ranging in sizes from 1920-1940 square feet. Upon completion, the neighbourhood will feature 73 units; each with built in USB ports for all of your devices and noise cancelling flooring to ensure your home stays at a comfortable sound level. There will also be a small parkette, where you and your family can spend some quality time together enjoying the fresh air.

Construction Phase

Land servicing has begun on all lots for the Mulock Vistas development, with an estimated completion date of mid September. Once the servicing has been completed, the framing stage will begin, and the home construction will commence.

Projected Completion

With all 73 units currently under construction, and every unit sold out, the estimated completion and move-in date is some time in the first quarter of 2019. Residents can expect a neighbourhood with meticulously detailed homes, nearby shopping opportunities, and many parks, trails, and natural landscapes.
