We can hardly believe 2019 is already over! This year was filled with planning our communities, dealing with after-sales services, and our favourite part, working with first-time and experienced homebuyers to their utmost satisfaction. As a way to wish 2019 farewell and usher in a new year, we’re recapping the best parts of our business with Falconcrest’s year in review!
Main Street Village South in Milton
We loved planning the development of Main Street Village South in 2019! Inspired by growing families in the heart of Milton, this community will be a collection of traditional semi-detached homes in an area that’s both community oriented and one of the fastest-growing in the GTA. As the only 30′ semi on the market in Milton, we encourage people to compare because our prices offer great value! We only have six lots left, so one of these beautiful homes could be yours when they’re built!
OH! Towns in Oshawa
Another highlight in 2019 was making our developments even more accessible to all our customers. We strive to make sure OH! Towns offers the best value in Oshawa. To add even more value we introduced a new deposit structure. By splitting up payments into more manageable pieces throughout the first ten months, every one of our customers can own the home of their dreams. If you weren’t able to get in on the action in 2019, you’re still in luck! We will be releasing new traditional townhouse designs in our second phase in early 2020.
Old Colony Estates in Whitby
We were also so proud of working on our plans for a collection of detached homes on full depth 40′ & 50′ lots in the beautiful neighbourhood of Whitby. These extra-large lots will be complemented by our exceptional designs such as brick and stone elevations, open concept plans, and 9 ft. ceilings! We will be building this community close to recreation facilities, restaurants and pubs, entertainment, and shopping, making it a perfect community for raising a family.
Future projects
Falconcrest’s year in review wouldn’t be complete if we didn’t talk about how excited we are to continue 2019’s momentum with the release of a new community! This development will be right on the lake featuring a mix of singles and semi-detached homes scheduled for release in late 2020. So stay tuned…
